So if you are like me (Accident Prone) you will need to call for help. For example if you are nearly home and you can't get up the ramp. Here are a few ways to get help.
There is the obvious using words. Saying help or Excuse me.
I do the finger whistle from the other side of the road when I'm nearly home. Here is how to do it. Here are a few tips: Don't practice too much, it can cause dizziness. This will take some time to master.
Step 1. Put your index fingers (one by the thumb) and make a "V" shape with them
Step 2. Curl your lips in (imagine an old man without his false teeth). The most important thing is that your teeth are covered with your lips.
Step 3. Lift your tongue up inside your mouth. Make your tongue point upwards inside your mouth basically.
Step 4. Put your "V" shape index fingers on the tongue that is visible. Then blow.
As I said, it will take a time to master.
You can also text or call your parent or carer on your phone for assistance.
If you have a condition that can trigger seizures or unconsciousness, Make a tag or get a wrist band that says about your condition and what actions need to take place. If you have any medication to help. DO NOT LET A STRANGER USE IT OR IF SOMEONE ISN'T TRAINED. And also make sure the person calls an ambulance if it is severe.
